Monthly Questions: April

Heyy, today a new monthly questions. I've been a bit upset/depressed today, and I will probably tell in the next monthly questions (but I hope it won't happen). Here it is:

1. Nicest thing that happened
I think it is either my friend’s birthday party, my own birthday or the vacation, which just started. My friend celebrated her b-day on April 12th and it was such a fun party. The cycling trip to the location should take 10-15 minutes, but it took us more than an our because we got lost and it was a lot of fun. The 17th was my own birthday, but I didn’t celebrate it much. It was more for family, so it was less fun than with friends (because with my friends I can do stuff). And vacation is also super nice. After the stress from the testweek I really need some rest and time to draw and be creative and do nothing in particular.

2. Something you’re proud of
The fact that I’m less stressed in new/unexpected situations. With my friend’s b-day, normally I would have panicked because we were lost, but now we just laughed at how stupid we were… which is positive, because it means it is getting better with me.

3. One crazy fact about you
I can easily be obsessed with something… When I see something I can become COMPLETELY obsessed with it in a few seconds, which isn’t the best thing in the world when you have school and when you have enough obsessions (according to my parents).

4. Biggest obsession of the month
DIVERGENT!!! I saw the movie (see next question) and it was AWESOME! Both my friends are now too completely obsessed and we talk about divergent all the time <3 We stand in the middle of the hallway at school yelling: “FOUR!!!” “THEO!!!”

5. Movies you saw
DIVERGENT!!! I saw it on April 5th with two friends and it was THE MOST AMAZING movie I had ever seen. IT WAS PERFECT! Totally obsessed now. I already read the book and in my opinion it stayed with the book very well.

6. Books you read
I finally managed to continue and finish Allegiant and it was the most devastating book I have ever read (more devastating than tfios). I was seriously crying and then my mom entered the room and I had to read one more page to finish it and she wouldn’t let me :(
I also finished the CSI book I started reading in February because I finally had time to do. It was a nice book.

7. Drawings you made
I drew a scene of Josh Hutcherson and Shanley Caswell in the movie Detention. I started it end January and now just got the time to finish it. But now it is vacation so I finally get to draw more, yeey! I also made some drawings in notebooks at school because I was bored and then for art I turned fashion pictures into comic styled things, which is sort of drawing. And a long time ago I drew a tattoo design for a friend of my mom and this vacation she finally turned it into a real tattoo.

8. Favorite music
Since the end of this month I’ve been fan of the band 5 Seconds Of Summer. Two of my friends are super fans and now they made me fan too, so one day I searched a lot of their songs on youtube and now I have downloaded 35 in total (not obsessed or something…)

9. Played any games?
I played a game called 2048 on my iPhone. It is very fun and very addicting…

10. Fashion you bought
On the last day of April, I went shopping and I bought some stuff at the Primark and the Sting.

11. Other stuff you bought
Well I also didn’t buy much, but for my birthday I got a Four/Tobias Eaton poster from my sister. And I bought a nee phone case and bow hairband at Primark.

12. Something new you learned
You have to take care of yourself before you can help others. In school I tend to help others before I do my own homework, which causes problems and stress for me because in the end I’m running behind and I have to stress and then I feel down and then I can’t help others anymore…

Shoplog (Primark and Claire's)

Heyyy, today I went shopping with two friends, to celebrate that our testweek was over. We went to Rotterdam, but we got lost because of all the different names of the metros. When we finally got there, we first went to the Primark. I bought a few things there:

A black bag, because I needed a new handbag. My old one has cuts in it, so I think this is a good replacement. 

I also bought this neon/dark pink crop top (I know it looks red here, but it is pink). It's a little too cold now to wear it in the Netherlands, but I think the lace sleeves are cute and I couldn't let it lay there...

The last thing I bought from the Primark was this denim skater skirt. I was looking for a black leather one for a few months now, but it was one sale for €3, so I had to buy it. 

We also went to a jewelry store called the Claire's. As you can see in almost every 'looks of the week' post, I don't wear a lot of jewelry (I almost never wear jewelry). Most things don't feel nice on my skin or they make a lot of noise. But in my previous shoplog I showed you the leopard printed bow headband. It looked nice and didn't irritate me, so I wanted to buy a few more in different colors. I bought two different types:

This pink bow headband (picture taken in the Claire's). It's made of a satin-like fabric and has a silver metal thing as the centre of the bow. The color I wear the most is probably pink, so I thought a pink headband would match good. 

I also bought a dark blue bow headband with a flower pattern. Dark blue combines well with almost everything I have, and it was on sale for €2 and it is cute and I needed it... (I sound like a shopping addict here, but I'm not.)

This was it for today. Tomorrow I'm going to the open house day of an art school, so maybe I'll post some pictures of my portfolio.

Shoplog (Primark and other shops)

Heyy, yesterday and today I went shopping (sort of). Yesterday I went to the movies with my best friend, but we had some time left before the movie, so we went to the Primark. I totally love the Primark! I didn't buy much though, because I didn't brought extra money with me, only the money for the movie and some extra. I bought a t-shirt and a sweatshirt. Here they are:




The first one is a grey striped t-shirt with a panda and says FREE HUGS, the second a sweatshirt with tiny pandas. I totally love and adore pandas, my sweet sixteen cake was a cake with 3 Tare Pandas stacked ontop of eachother. Officially they are pajamas, but I think you can also wear them as regular. The t-shirt maybe not to school, but on a free day or to dancing lessons... Today I wore the sweatshirt and it looked nice.

Today me, two friends and a mother went to a town on the other side of the county (Zwolle), because there was an old church with a bookshop in it (and we are obsessed with books). We went to a church for our Art/culture lessons, because we have to do 6 cultural activities, and we thought, why not combine that with shopping in a new town. In the bookshop I bought the book Divergent:

One of my friends had already read it and recommended it to me, and since the movie is coming in March, I want to read the book first (so I can fantasize about it).

We then saw the Claires (a jewelry shop), so we went there imediately. I didn't buy jewelry, but I did buy some hair accesories. A hairband with a bow, and a bow hairclip:




The hairband is black with a white bow with neon colored leopard print, the hairclip is a suede white bow with studds. As you can probably see in my 'look of the week/day' posts, I don't do much with my hair, but I want to change that. More acesories, braids, ponytails, ect.

The last thing I bought are to notebooks at the H&M:

At a portfolio consultation at an art academy, they gave me the advise to buy a notebook without lines, and draw, scribble, write and scetch every idea in that. The only thing about these notebooks is that the insides are colored. One has pink pages, the other purple.

Lip tatoo's

Hello everyone, sorry I haven't post something lately. My holiday is almost over, so then I will post more, because I had a busy holiday. I don't even remember everything I have done. In my free time, I have read a lot. Sorry for that.

Tomorrow is mother's day in the Netherlands, I don't know if they celebrate it in other country's, so I went to the stores to buy something. I also went to buy a new drawing notebook, but when I was looking (and didn't found it), I found something else I was looking for: liptatoo's. So I bought some. I haven't tried them yet because I just came home, but I have a picture. They original colours are brighter, but you can see the patterns.

primark shoplog

hello, today I went shopping with my best friend at the primark. We both had €40 and I almost spend it all. My best friend had some money left. First I'm going to show you what I bought, then what my best friend bought.

I bought two blouses and one dress, earrings and a hairbrush.



This is the first blouse I bought. It's white with a brown belt and it's very cute. I saw a friend wear it at school, altough hers is dark blue and I really liked it on her, so I tought I should try it too.



The dress I bought is a 4-in-1-dress. You can wear it as a long dress, you can fold it over for a shorter dress, you can make it a long skirt or fold it over for a shorter skirt. I saw this online for €37 and in primark it was much cheaper. And online it was a clear dress, just one plain color (dark purple, brown, white, blue) and at primark they also have striped and brighter colored dresses. I bought it for my vacation to Turkey in May.



We were standing in the row for the fitting room, when I saw this blouse. It's dark blue with umbrellas and that's just what we needed when we walked out of the primark. It was raining, very hard. but I really like that blouse.



Then I went to the accesories and shoes and I bought these cute earrings. I really love the earrings from the primark, because they don't hurt my ears. And these are so super cute!!!



The last item I bought was a hairbrush, because I needed one for school. My friend saw these pink and red hairbrushes hanging and told me I should buy it.

Then what my best friend bought. She bought two dresses.



She bought this cute dark blue dress. I think he looks good on her when she tried it on.



She also bought this beautiful black dress with flowers. She already liked it before she tried it on, but even better when we were done.

shoplog: primark

hello, yesterday I went to the Primark. That's a shop full of clothes, accesories, jewellery, shoes, ect. and it's all cheap. All the items I got were under €12 each. Even bags, shoes, ect.

So this is what I got:


I bought this soft black blouse. The fabric is super soft.


I also bought this sport outfit for dancing, because I needed a new sport outfit for my hiphop lessons. The clothing are also super soft.


I bought this cue strapless summer dress. It's easy to put on, so it's a perfect dress for the beach or the swimming pool.


Then I bought these lovely black and white blouses. I already had black and white blouses, but I want to stud them so I needed another pair.


I also needed a pair of shorts, so I bought these one. I think it is very cute with my top.


I had to have some neon stuff, so I bought this neon bag and neon shoes. I really really like the bag, it's so bright. I also love the shoes, because they are in awesome pink.


I also bought some jewellery, I really really love the owl necklace. I think it's totally awesome. I'm going to wear it today. The moustache ring is for my best friend, because she likes moustaches. The earrings I bought looked like the earrings from claires, but they are cheaper.


The last item I bought are these sunglasses. They have a jeans print, altough you can't really see it on the picture.
