looks of the week

heyy, today I wanted to share the outfits I wore last week. I did some kind of fashion 'experiment', to show that with a simple basic item, you can make many different outfits. Here it is:

As you can see, I wore the same grey blazer three times, but the outfits look different each time. You see more difference between the first and second outfit, but the third was more to show you how I added a print in it. In the first picture, I wear the grey blazer, combined with neon pink jeans and a black t-shirt. In the second picture, I wear the blazer in combination with red jeans and a white t-shirt. While I only changed the colors of the items, the outfits look very different.

I will be doing an item about basics and other fashion items you need to have, but I don't know when. I have one week free from school, but we have a test week coming, so the only things I'm going to do this week is studying, drawing and sleeping :)

Which outfit do you like more? The first (neon pink jeans + black t-shirt), the second (red jeans + white t-shirt) or the third (white jeans with golden leopard print + black t-shirt). Comment!

I hope you like it :D

what I made recently

heyy, today I wanted to show you some things I made recently. Most things are made this week or last week. I made some drawings, and I decorated some school stuff. I will start with the drawings:

For school we had to make a front page for our art portfolio, so I made a Spencer Reid front page. For more details about the front page, go to this link: http://spencereid17.blogspot.nl/2013/10/my-spencer-reid-school-project.html
This is the link to the post on my Spencer Reid blog, where I show each drawing individually.

I made some drawings for two friends of me. One asked me to draw Adam Lambert, the other wanted me to do Josh Hutcherson. I had already drawn Josh once, so he wasn't very hard. Adam was more difficult, because I couldn't see his hair very well on the picture.

One night I was bored and I found a charcoal pencil, so I decided to draw something. I first made a Mockingjay pin, but I didn't use the effects of the charcoal. Then I tried to make Peeta/Josh Hutcherson, but in my opinion, it failed. I think I want to draw more with charcoal, because it works nice and I am currenty busy on making my portfolio, so I want to use more materials than just a pencil. I am also trying on drawing other things than I normally do, so I have got lots of drawing requists from classmates.

Last Friday in my economic class, my teacher was angry at some of the students (not me) and he was talking all hour, but since it wasn't meant for me, I decided to draw. I made these drawings of just random girls in a kawaii/manga/cartoon style.

Now something else I made. Tuesday at our first lesson, we were all bored. I had brought the deco tape that I bought in my school-shoplog, and my classmates saw it, so we went ahead and decorated everything we could find. One made some stripes on her phonecase, another made some stripes on a pen. The lesson after that, I taped a whole pen and since then, I taped everything I could find.

Here are some things I taped:

A few pens...

My scissors (not finished yet)

An empty smint container

Two cardboard boxes.

This was everything I wanted to show now.

I hope you like it :D

looks of the week

hello, I wanted to do a looks of the week post yesterday, but because of a school project, I didn't had time then, so I will post it now.

Monday I wore my lilac top, pink cardigan and my new favorite jeans. When you wear them, it's like you are wearing a legging. They are very stretchy and comfy.

*Sorry for the very bad quality of the photo*
Wednesday was a busy day, because I had all kinds of appointments for my knees. So I needed an easy outfit. I wore a neon pink hoodie which I bought in Turkey, a white tank top underneath it (although it looks lilac on the photo) and black swearpants. The hoodie is so soft inside, I almost want to wear it everyday. That's the only thing I like about the cold weather we already have: that you can wear warm hoodies, sweaters, and fuzzy scarfs.

Thursday I wore this outfit: a black t-shirt with a nerdy giraffe print, dark grey cardigan and my white jeans with gold/silver/copper colored leopard print. I think it looks very cool together.

This were the outfits I wanted to show you. In six days, I have a one week vacation, so I think I will go shopping. When I do, I will show you the things I bought.

I hope you liked it :D

looks of the week

heyy, today I wanted to do a looks of the week again. I didn't do one last week, because I got a knee injury. I wore sweat pants most of the time, because that is easier for an X-ray and doctor appointments.

In the Netherlands, it's already getting pretty cold, so we all had to wear warmer clothes. I dug into my closet to find some warmer items I wore last year, because I haven't shopped for winter clothes yet. When I do, I'll make a shoplog of it.

But here are some looks of the week:

This is what I wore Monday: a brown sweater, white top underneat it, and my black leather jeans. If you saw my previous looks of the week, you can tell this is my favorite jeans, because I wear it every week. I think the sweater is very cute, and it looks good with the jeans.

Tuesday I wore this long black top with my pink leopard jeans. The top has ribbon from both sides, so you can tie it around you and make a bow. I also wore a necklace I made myself, it's the message in a bottle necklace:

*sorry for the bad quality of the photo* Wednesday we went to visit a college, because our high school wants us to look at different options for after we graduate. I wanted to look professional, but not nerdy, so I combined a button top with black leather jeans.

I hope you like it :D
